Benefits of Breast Massages
Massaging your breasts regularly is considered to be one of the best home remedies to naturally increase breast size. A regular breast massage for about 30 minutes every day can effectively increase the breast by one cup size in just one month!
Massaging your breasts would increase blood flow as well as the flow of phytoestrogens found in the bloodstream to the breast (hormones instrumental in the growth of breasts). Massaging the breasts regularly would also stimulate the increased production of prolactin, a breast enlarging hormone that would be instrumental in increasing the breast size.
Massage Oils for Increasing Breast Size
Don’t waste your money with breast massage oils. You can use homemade oils for Breast massage. It helps to enhance your breast size. I am going to discuss only two oils which are available in most of the houses.

How to do Breast Massage?
Once you prepared the Oil, just follow the below steps on massage your boobs.
Free the breast, turn them naked. Clean your breasts with warm water towel.
Pick a boob, shake and press it 4 – 5 times. Then pour the massage or coconut oil over it. Make sure the oil covers the entire boob.
Take your forefinger and middle finger and form like a gun shape. Then move your fingers from the edges of boob to the center of nipple. And cover entire boob in 360 degree.
Next, repeat the same procedure with two thumbs and pull the breasts in downward direction as shown in image.
Now hold the breast bottom with your hands and pull upwards.
Massage the boobs in circulation motion as shown in the image.
Hold the breasts edges firmly and do a circular massage. This helps to increase the blood circulation in breast region.
Finally, hold both the breasts and move it in upward direction.
Eat more foods that contain estrogen
Estrogen is a female hormone that is responsible for increasing the size of your breasts, among other things. Though your body will naturally produce estrogen while you’re going through puberty and even until you are 18 or 19 years old, there’s no harm in focusing on eating more foods that contain estrogen to help your breasts get a bit bigger.
Here are some foods that are known to be rich in estrogen:

Wear a Bra that fits you correctly

Wearing a bra that is too small may actually make your breasts look smaller, not bigger, and wearing a bra that is too big can make your breasts hang more loosely and therefore can also make them look smaller than they really are.
